But the story about what's gone wrong with Red Lobster is much more complicated than a bunch of stoners pigging out on shrimp (and, later, lobster) en masse. I thought all-inclusive resorts didn't foster experiences unique to a destination. It was peaceful, quiet, and far from anything I envisioned when it came to staying at an all-inclusive resort. Between the picture-perfect accommodations and excursions, I was willing to challenge thoughts on all-inclusive resorts. We were told to meet at the outdoor dinner table at 7 p.m.Sure, Thatch Caye missed some elements of many all-inclusive resorts.
